Reason for arrival: He was an unclaimed stray. Had an abnormal gait at first so had an EC blood test, came back as currently negative but has been exposed at some point in his life pre-rescue. Gait went back to normal so was possibly a muscle issue caused while straying

Temperament with people: Friendly but wriggly for health check handling

Diet: A mix of Hay Box timothy and local meadow hay (not bagged pet shop hay), various wild plants such as plantain, wood avens, young brambles, dandelions, yarrow, apple leaves, strawberry leaves, geraniums, hazel leaves, willow etc. Also enjoys dried mixes of flowers/wild plants/herbs and fresh grass. Occasionally had some cold pressed grain free pellets during the winter but very rare now we're into Spring

 

Type of home needed: He currently lives outdoors but could live indoors. We highly recommend that indoor homes set up a UVB light for rabbits for vitamin D. He's currently single so needs a rabbit partner
