Email or message us regarding adoption, surrendering animals or our services.

Voluntarily complete one of our Google Forms for applying to adopt an animal or our gift aid declaration form.

Sign an adoption/surrender form when adopting or surrendering an animal.

Our charity collects your data so that we can:

Keep a record of who has adopted our animals or where our animals were surrendered from

How do we store your data?
Our charity stores your data in our email account, Google forms account and/or on paper (in the case of adoption/surrender/gift aid forms) at our registered address.
Our charity will keep your information for the animal’s life time. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data. Gift Aid data is stored for 6 years after the end of the year or accounting period that includes the last donation to which they relate.
